These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through YaraNest (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update or adjust these Terms when necessary, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return period based on calendar days starting from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return or exchange within this period if the item meets eligibility requirements.

Customers must not return items without receiving prior approval and return instructions from our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Non-defective items in original condition
- Defective or damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect item received due to fulfillment error
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of home textile and rug products, returns may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging, tags, or protective materials
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling
- Products with hygiene-sensitive issues after opening (if applicable)
- Any item not in resellable condition
At this time, we do not offer customized or personalized products, so no custom-order exclusions apply.
Return Shipping Cost & Label Policy
If the return is caused by a product issue, such as defective items, damage during shipping, or incorrect item received, YaraNest will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
If the return is due to personal reasons, including change of mind, dislike of product, or ordering mistake (buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels in these cases.
No restocking fee or additional processing fee will be charged for approved returns.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation and instructions.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Supporting photos or order details may be required to process the claim.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.
